Sourcing and Certification

The cotton in the blank garments we have sourced comes from two non-GMO countries: Turkey and Tanzania with rigorous chemical standards across the entire supply chain to protect people and the environment.

Direct-to-Farm Commitment

Our Garment suppliers have a direct-to-farm partnership with a farm in Tanzania.

This participatory model helps organic cotton farmers by:

Why it took time to choose the right brand for our blanks?

Creating the right garments for TDS TheBrand required patience and unwavering commitment. We chose sustainability over speed and cost. A LOT of back-and-forth with doubt about how the market may not embrace the same ethos as us at TDS TheBrand - But in the end we have decided that those that get it will REALLY GET IT! And thats all we need!

The textile and garment sector remains one of the least sustainable industries, accounting for about 2% of global carbon emissions. Production has surged from 58 million tons in 2000 to 109 million tons in 2020, with projections of around 146 million tons by 2030.
